EDAMAME Technologies Terms of Service

This EDAMAME Technologies Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EDAMAME Technologies (“Company”) and the entity or person placing an order for or accessing the Services (“Customer”).

1. Introduction

  • Effective Date: Defined as the earlier of the Customer’s initial access to the Services or the date of the first Order Form.

  • Scope: Governs both initial and future purchases made by the Customer.

2. Definitions

  • Services: Description of the SaaS products offered.

  • User: Definition of who can access and use the Services.

  • Content: Types of data and materials handled within the Services.

  • Order Form: Documentation process for service requests.

3. License and Use

  • Grant of License: Terms under which the Services may be used.

  • User Account Management: Guidelines for account creation and use.

  • Restrictions: Prohibited activities and uses of the Services.

4. Service Delivery

  • Access Protocols: How the Customer accesses the Services.

  • Support and Maintenance: Details of support provided.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Company Ownership: Rights held by EDAMAME Technologies.

  • Customer Ownership: Rights held by the Customer.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Terms: How and when payments should be made.

  • Pricing Structure: Explanation of various pricing plans.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
